Cookie Consent Position

Halda widgets (Search, Forms, Hub) fall under the category of "Strictly Necessary" or "Explicitly Requested" cookies. 

Under GDPR (Criterion B) and many US state privacy laws, cookies do not require prior consent if they are strictly necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by the user.

Unlike traditional "Marketing" cookies (e.g., Facebook Pixel), Halda is being utilized as a First-Party Service Provider.

• No Third-Party Sharing: Data is not sold or shared with third-party advertising networks to track students across the web.

• Functional Limitation: The data collected is used solely to enhance the user experience (e.g., remembering if they already have seen a form and dismissed it so we don't show them that form again).
