Setting Up AI Student Recruiter SMS and Phone Call

To configure your phone number, click "Request Phone Number" on the AISR SMS page.

You will be prompted to fill out a form of information needed in order to acquire a phone number for your campus. 

Your account manager will notify you when your phone number is available. This request can take up to 7 business days to process. 

Once your phone number is available, you will be able to activate AISR SMS in your forms. This will show at the bottom of the response page in your form where students can opt in to receiving a message from the AI SMS agent.

AI SMS and Voice will use the Topic Instructions already in place to inform how it responds to students. You will have access to SMS and Voice transcripts inside the Halda app.
