[Student Records](https://info.halda.ai/knowledge/student-records?hsLang=en) December 22, 2025 # Navigating the Student or Parent Records Page ## Steps to locate, apply filters, select and export data, and understand the information displayed in the Student/Parent Records page. ### Accessing the Records Page In the bottom-left corner of your navigation bar, you'll find a tab labeled either "Student Records" or "Parent Records," depending on the school type you're viewing (Higher Education vs K12). Clicking this allows you to apply various filters such as date, AI form, funnel stage, and more. This allows you to customize which data columns are visible. Columns include personal information like names and contact details, lead information, metadata, and form responses. Once selections are made, the "Export" button will become active.
