May & June 2026 Launch Notes

Dive into the highlights below to see what's new.

Analytics Export: Board-Ready Reports Without the Copy-Paste

Building a report for a president or a board used to mean screenshots, a slide template and an hour you didn't have. Now it takes a few clicks from the Conversion Analytics page.

Pick your format, choose which visualizations to include, then download the report or email it. Halda's AI writes three key takeaways for each slide, so the story is already on the page when you open it.

What's new?

  1. Slides or spreadsheet. Choose a PowerPoint board report for the cabinet meeting or a CSV for the analyst who wants the raw rows.
  2. Selectable visualizations. Include the full funnel, AI Forms performance, the geographic map or the response analysis. Leave out whatever doesn't serve the audience.
  3. AI key takeaways. Three bullets per slide, written from your actual data rather than a template.
  4. Share links that need no login. Send the link to a dean or a trustee and they'll open the report. No account, no password reset, no ticket to your Halda Partner Success Consultant.
  5. Email delivery. Send the share link or the CSV attachment straight from the export modal.

Shared reports leave out visitor IP data, so nothing sensitive rides along in a link someone forwards.

Content Card Pop-Ups: Reach Students Before the Form

Content Cards used to wait for a student to find them. Now a card can come to the student as a pop-up on your website, with real targeting behind it.

What's new?

  1. Priority levels. Mark a card Urgent, High or Normal. The highest-priority active card wins, and your Content Cards list sorts the same way.
  2. Geographic and UTM targeting. Show a card to students in Texas, or only to traffic from one paid campaign.
  3. Trigger and frequency rules. Decide what fires the pop-up and how often a student can see it.
  4. Override AI Forms. A deadline extension or a closing scholarship can fire before the smart form instead of waiting until after.
  5. Impressions and clicks. Every pop-up records views and CTA clicks, so you can tell whether the message did any work.
  6. Built-in feedback. Students rate a card with a thumbs up or down and tell you why.

When a student dismisses a pop-up, it stays dismissed. Nobody gets chased across your site.

Conditional Logic That Handles Real Branching

"Show this screen if they picked nursing" was never the hard part. The hard part is "show this screen if they picked nursing or allied health, and they're a transfer student, and they're in-state." That works now.

What's new?

  1. Nested AND/OR on screens. Build a real logic tree instead of a flat list of conditions.
  2. The same logic on conditional option groups. Option groups get the identical nested editor, so the answers you offer can branch as precisely as the screens do.
  3. Reorder protection. Dragging a question above the one its logic depends on now raises a warning first. You can cancel the move, keep the logic as-is or clear it and proceed.
  4. Cleaner option swaps. A matching conditional option group replaces the base options instead of stacking on top of them, so students see one clean list.

Hidden Answers, Sourced From Your Own URLs

Some data belongs in the submission without belonging on the screen. You can now attach a hidden answer to any field and fill it from a static value or from a URL query parameter.

Drop a parameter into the link you put in an email, a paid ad or an event QR code, and the value flows through to the submission and out to your CRM. Students never see a thing.

What's new?

  1. Static or URL-sourced values. Set one fixed value for the form, or read it off the link the student arrived on.
  2. Fallback values. Define what gets captured when the parameter is missing.
  3. A require-parameter toggle. Insist on the parameter when the data matters enough.
  4. Sensible defaults. The parameter name defaults to the field slug, and the builder preview shows an example link on your own domain.
  5. Works everywhere. Embedded forms, hub forms, standalone forms and landing pages all capture it.

Good candidates: campaign source, program code, counselor territory, event ID and recruiter name.

Fields and Options at Scale

April made Fields more capable. May and June made them faster to manage when you have hundreds.

What's new?

  1. Descriptions on field options. Add context to an option so the AI knows what it actually means.
  2. CSV export for options. Pull the full option list out, edit it in a spreadsheet, bring it back.
  3. Multi-select delete. Clear out a batch of stale options in one pass.
  4. Drag-and-drop CSV upload. Drop the file on the page instead of hunting for the file picker.
  5. Excel-friendly imports. Files exported straight from Excel now import cleanly, and duplicate field mappings no longer sneak through.
