July 2026 Launch Notes
Dive into the highlights below to see what's new.
July was about getting your data where it needs to go and knowing who you're talking to. We shipped a new export type that carries conversations and not just lead records, gave every integration a real reporting view, put segments directly on student records and added a new way to launch your hub.
Here's what's new and how it'll help your team move faster.
Interactions Export
Your CRM already gets the lead record. Now it can get the conversation too.

Interactions Export is a new SFTP integration type that delivers SMS, phone, engagement score and page view data to your CRM. You choose the destination folder, the filename, which interaction types to include and which fields come along for each type. Every row covers one student and one interaction type, so the file stays readable when you open it.
Export History That Answers Questions
Every integration export page now opens with a stats bar and real filters. SFTP, Salesforce and Webhooks all share the same view.

What's new
- Success and error counts at the top, plus an error rate percentage, so you know the health of an integration before reading a single row.
- A list of which forms have errors. When something breaks, you know where to look first.
- Filters for status, form and date range. The list and the stats both respond to them.
AI Search Response Is Now a Field
Students ask your AI Search real questions. Those answers are worth keeping.
The most recent AI Search response a student received is now available as a system field, so you can map it into Salesforce or an SFTP export like any other field. Your counselors open a record in the CRM and see what the student asked about and how Halda answered. Available on accounts with AI Search enabled.
Segments on Every Student Record
Segments used to live in analytics. Now they live on the student.

Open any student record and you'll find a Segments section listing every segment that student belongs to and when they joined it. Expand one and Halda explains why they're in it, whether that came from a field value, a form submission or a manual add by someone on your team. You can add a student to a segment or remove them without leaving the record. Memberships get re-evaluated nightly.
Segment filtering on Conversion Analytics also got much faster. Loading the Performance Analytics view with a segment filter applied could take more than 20 seconds on large accounts. It now returns in about seven.
The Action Bar
Your hub launcher no longer has to be a floating button.

Action Bar is a new launcher type: a dark bar across the page with a primary call to action plus optional Text and Call quick actions that drop students straight into the right screen in your hub. Quick actions hide themselves when the matching channel is off for your account, so you never advertise a phone option you don't run.
The launcher config panel got rebuilt around it. You get selectable type cards with mini previews, a live preview on a mock site frame, clickable color swatches and an icon dropdown. "Medallion" is now called "Launcher" everywhere in the admin, which is what everyone called it anyway.
Smaller Things Worth Knowing
- Campaign lists show an accurate next send time for both fixed-audience and dynamic campaigns, computed on the backend instead of estimated in the browser.
- URLs in student record columns render as clickable links that open in a new tab. Long values truncate with the full text on hover, so one wide cell no longer pushes the actions column off screen.
- Salesforce exports respect your mapped option value when a student's answer differs from the mapping only by a dash variant or stray whitespace. An en-dash where your template expects a hyphen used to send the raw Halda value. It sends the mapped value now.
