Exporting Analytics

How to export your analytics from the Conversion Analytics page.

You can export your Conversion Analytics into a ready-to-share slide deck or a raw-data spreadsheet. Whatever filters you've applied to the dashboard carry through to the export, so what you see is what you get.

Requires the view analytics permission. Including the response maps (US/World) additionally requires the view PII permission.

How to export

  1. Go to the Conversion Analytics dashboard.
  2. Apply any filters you want reflected in the export (date range, smart form, funnel stage, answer filters, etc.).
  3. Click Export.
  4. In the Build Your Export window, choose your format and contents (below).
  5. Choose how to receive it — Download or Email.
  6. Click Generate Preview.

Choosing a format

  • Slides (.pptx) — a board-ready deck with charts, your active filters, and takeaways on every slide.
  • Excel (.xlsx) — raw data tables, one sheet per visualization, with your active filters listed for reference.

What you can include

Select any of the available visualizations:

  • Full Funnel (Impression → Inquiry → Applied → Admitted)
  • AI Form Conversion (visits, submissions, partial submissions, secondary actions)
  • AI Hub Conversion (hub impressions, visits, step views, submissions) — when hub data exists
  • Response Analysis (selected form questions, one slide per question)
  • Response Map — US (inquiries by state) and Response Map — World (inquiries by country) — requires the view PII permission

Slides only: you can also add a Title Slide (with your institution name and the report period) and Key Takeaways — short, auto-written commentary summarizing each data slide.

Download vs. Email

  • Download delivers the file to your browser immediately.
  • Email sends it to one or more recipients (enter addresses separated by commas). Spreadsheets arrive as an attachment; decks arrive as a shareable link.

Good to know

  • Filters travel with the export. Every active dashboard filter is applied and listed on each slide/sheet, so the export always reflects the exact view you built.
  • Shareable previews expire. A generated export preview link remains available for 90 days.
  • Key Takeaways generate in the background for slide exports and populate shortly after the deck is created.

Scope note: This export covers Conversion Analytics. Exporting individual lead/contact lists (from Leads, Smart Forms, or Hubs) is a separate CSV download with its own column options, and email campaign reports are not currently exportable.
