Frequently asked questions about Halda Engagement Scores.
Why didn't my lead's score change after they just submitted a form?
Scores recalculate once a day. The submission will be included in the next daily run.
Why is my lead's score lower than I expected?
Only events inside the rolling window (7 days by default) count. Older activity ages out, even if the lead was very engaged a month ago.
Can I change the weights?
Yes — weights are per-account. Contact your Halda team to adjust them.
Why is a lead marked Spam?
The lead's activity pattern was flagged by the automated spam check as likely non-human. If you believe a real lead was incorrectly flagged, let your Halda contact know.
Do inactive leads get scored?
No. A lead has to have had some interaction in the last 30 days, plus a complete name and email, to be scored.
