[Other Integration Options](https://info.halda.ai/knowledge/ai-website-agent?hsLang=en#other-integration-options) December 3, 2025 # Downloading a Data Directory ## Download a data directory for your Halda AI Form to assist with mapping lead information in your CRM.   Data Directories can now automatically be pulled from Halda's app. This csv file is designed to inform you and your team on all the potential values that can pass to your CRM.
