Each day lists the campaign sends dropping that day, colored by delivery state (scheduled, sending, delivered or skipped) with a key underneath. Hover a tile for which email in the sequence it is, the full date and time, and how many people it reached or is expected to reach. --- ### Email Formatting Controls How your AI emails read is a setting now, not a request to your Halda contact. ![Screenshot 2026-08-31 at 4.24.11 PM](https://info.halda.ai/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202026-08-31%20at%204.24.11%20PM.png?width=670&height=306&name=Screenshot%202026-08-31%20at%204.24.11%20PM.png) Four levers: bullet points, subject and CTA capitalization, CTA button alignment and email length. Set them account-wide under AI Knowledge Base \> Email Style Guide \> Formatting Rules, override them per behavioral trigger, and now override them per campaign from the Campaign Controls panel. ![Screenshot 2026-08-31 at 4.23.55 PM](https://info.halda.ai/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202026-08-31%20at%204.23.55%20PM.png?width=670&height=264&name=Screenshot%202026-08-31%20at%204.23.55%20PM.png) A campaign records only the rules that differ from your master guide, so a later edit to the guide still reaches every rule that campaign hasn't deliberately changed. Bullets are enforced when the email is assembled rather than asked for in the prompt, so turning them off removes them. Capitalization defaults to "as written," which keeps today's output exactly as it is until you pick a style. Accounts running comeback emails on the simulation engine also get the new AI Email page: per-trigger formatting, two secondary CTAs instead of one, custom CTA labels with real destination URLs, and a Test Mode that generates a real email and holds it instead of sending it. --- ### SMS Consent Students who want texts from you can now say so on the form itself. ![Screenshot 2026-08-31 at 4.32.41 PM](https://info.halda.ai/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202026-08-31%20at%204.32.41%20PM.png?width=432&height=331&name=Screenshot%202026-08-31%20at%204.32.41%20PM.png) When one of your forms asks for a phone number, it can show a "Sign up for occasional texts" checkbox. A student who checks it has given you permission you can prove: Halda records the date, the form they were on and the exact disclosure wording they were shown when they agreed. The checkbox renders on Halda-hosted landing pages as well as forms embedded in your own site, so a student sees the same ask and you get the same record either way. --- ### Smaller Things Worth Knowing - Campaign folders take a color.
