April was a month of getting out of your own way. We rolled out updates that make Fields more powerful, AI Campaign Emails easier to organize and personalize, and Landing Pages truly your own. Plus a fresh navigation that makes everything faster to find.

Here's what's new and how it'll help your team move faster.


Engagement Scores

Stop guessing which leads are ready for outreach. Engagement Scores surface your hottest prospects automatically, so your team can spend time on the leads most likely to convert — and re-engage the ones quietly slipping away.

Every lead gets a numeric score and an Engagement Level (Low, Medium, or High) that reflects their real activity across your forms, hubs, emails, calls, and AI Search conversations over the past several days. The result: a clearer picture of intent, faster prioritization, and fewer warm leads going cold.

Fields Got a Serious Upgrade

Fields are the connective tissue between forms, campaigns, and your CRM. This month, we made them smarter, more flexible, and easier to manage at scale.

What's new?

  1. Source URLs for options. Attach a source URL to any field option so the AI knows exactly where to send students next based on their answer.
  2. Add and update responses from a field. No more bouncing between screens. Edit field responses inline without breaking your flow.
  3. AI-generated responses in fields. Let Halda's AI generate response options based on the field's context. Faster setup, sharper personalization.
  4. Filter fields by form. Find what you need instantly when you're working across dozens of forms.
  5. Metadata configuration. Configure metadata at the field level for cleaner reporting and tighter CRM mapping.

Salesforce Mapping Templates

Setting up a Salesforce integration used to be a one-by-one mapping exercise. Now it's a template.

Build a mapping template once, apply it across forms, and skip the repetitive setup. New programs, new campaigns, same tight integration. Your admin team gets hours back. Your data stays clean.


AI Campaign Emails: Smarter and More Organized

AI Campaign Emails got a meaningful glow-up this month, both in how they're built and how they're managed.

What's new?

  1. AI context and AI labels on fields. Tell the AI what each field means and how to use it. The result: emails that read like they were written by someone who actually knows your students.
  2. Bucket numeric values into ranges. GPAs, test scores, distance from campus — bucket the noise into ranges the AI can reason about. Hundreds of values become a handful of meaningful segments.
  3. Folders for Campaign Emails. Create folders and subfolders to organize campaigns by program, audience, term, or whatever structure your team works in. Click a folder and only see what's inside it.
  4. Email facts: edit and delete. You can now edit or delete email facts directly when building a campaign email. No more starting over to fix a typo.
  5. Campaign notifications. Opt in to get an email the night before or morning of a campaign send, so you know exactly what's hitting Slate and how many emails to expect.

Landing Pages, Now on Your Domain

Landing pages just became truly yours.

What's new?

  1. Custom domains for Landing Pages. Host your Halda-powered landing pages on your school's domain instead of a Halda URL. Better trust, better SEO, better student experience.
  2. Settings tab. Settings now lives in its own tab where you can configure custom domains and edit the favicon.

Students see your URL. Your brand stays front and center. Halda does the heavy lifting in the background.


A Fresher Left Sidebar

We rebuilt the left sidebar navigation to match how teams actually work in Halda. Less digging, faster access, cleaner mental model.
