The tracked metrics include the number of SMS conversations, links clicked, and SMS feedback. On an individual profile level, you will have access to the SMS conversation and a summary of the interaction. 


3. How do SMS conversations integrate with our CRM and other Halda tools?

A summary or transcript of the SMS conversation can be passed to your CRM. You will need a custom field that can host this information.

Inside of Halda, you will be able to see SMS information in the Student Record page on an individual's timeline. 


5. How does Halda handle SMS compliance and consent requirements?
