Topic instructions inform the Halda's AI on how to answer specific questions or how to address specific topics. Your account manager will help inform how you should build topic instructions to help fill gaps on your website.


How do feedback and AI SEO inputs influence AI Search responses?

Feedback in AI SEO can be found in the AI Training dashboard where you can view feedback and build topic instructions.


Why might AI Search answer the same question differently, and is that expected?

It is expected for the same question to be answered differently as Halda uses the student interactions with the website to inform the content that we use to respond to their questions. 


How can we test, audit, and monitor AI Search answers over time?

The AI Training dashboard gives you the opportunity to test AI Search inside of a preview view in the app. You are able to monitor answers over time in the AI SEO tab. 

What visibility do we have into how AI Search generated a specific answer?

Your account manager will have access into the logs where they can review and assess how content was pulled and the way Halda summarized the content.
