AI Hub Image Aspect Ratios

Recommended aspect ratios to ensure images display properly within the AI Hub.

When uploading images to be used in the AI Hub, it is important to consider how the image will be cropped and displayed across different formats.

The same image can appear very differently depending on the placement context, with varying portions of the image retained or lost based on the aspect ratio used.

There are three key aspect ratios to be aware of:

  • 4:5 — A taller, portrait-oriented crop
  • 3:1 — A wide, horizontal banner crop
  • 16:7 — A moderately wide cinematic crop

Each format affects how much of the image is visible, meaning a subject that is well-framed in one placement may be partially cut off in another.

Our Recommendation: Use a ~16:10 aspect ratio for uploaded images to ensure the subject remains well-framed and visible across all supported placement types.
