AI Campaign Metric Dashboard Overview
Overview of the reporting dashboard for AI email campaigns.
We've expanded the metrics available in your Email Campaign reports so you can see not just whether recipients opened and clicked, but what they did after they engaged. This article explains every metric in the campaign report and highlights what's new.
Where to find campaign metrics- Open Email Campaigns from the main navigation.
- Select Reporting.
- Choose the campaign you want to review.
The report is organized into tabs: Overview, Emails, Timing, and Conversion.
Overview metrics
The Overview tab shows your headline numbers as cards, each with a sparkline showing the daily trend. Click any card to chart it over time (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly), with markers showing when each email in the sequence was sent.
| Metric | What it means |
|---|---|
| Emails Sent | Total emails delivered to recipients in this campaign. |
| Unique Opens | Number of individual recipients who opened at least one email. |
| Open Rate | Unique opens ÷ delivered, shown as a percentage. |
| Unique Clicks | Number of individual recipients who clicked a link. |
| CTR | Click-through rate: clicks ÷ delivered, shown as a percentage. |
Per-email metrics (Emails tab)
For multi-email sequences, the Emails tab breaks performance down by each email in the series. For every email you'll see its sequence position, the send date/time (in your account's time zone), delivered count, Open Rate, CTR, and Opt-Out Rate (the share of recipients who unsubscribed after that email).
Click any individual email to open its detail view.
What's new: post-engagement metrics
The email detail view now includes an engagement timeline that goes beyond opens and clicks to show what a recipient did afterward:
- Page Views — how many times the recipient visited your website pages after receiving the email.
- HUB Engagements — interactions the recipient had with your AI Hub after the email was sent.
These two metrics appear when there's activity to show, giving you a fuller picture of downstream engagement rather than stopping at the click.
Conversion metrics (Conversion tab)
When a campaign links to a landing page, the Conversion tab reports:
- Total Visits to the landing page
- Total Submissions (completed form submissions)
- Partial Submissions (started but not completed)
- Secondary Actions (CTA clicks that aren't form submissions)
Timing (Timing tab)
A send-time heatmap plots day of week against hour of day, showing sent, open, and click counts per time slot — useful for finding when your audience is most responsive.
Ideal times for different desired results will be displayed at the top of this screen.
